We had a lovely time in Detroit for the Securing Sexuality conference.
Below are the pages of handouts that we were giving out at our table. We are sharing them here as we want them to be able to be used by anyone. Please give credit to the IoD project if you do use them anywhere, and let us know

We are hoping to improve them into a one page, double-sided guide that could be available at retail shops who want to be able to answer some common questions and provide general advice on IoD. Eventually they will be PDF's, but for now they are a work in progress we are happy to make available for feedback and to get the ideas out there.
If we had to say what things people had the most “A-HA” moment on them was that you can make a new free email address with a fake name. Doing that and using that as a quick separation between the IoD device and your real identity. Should your account be compromised, there's nothing linking back to you.
