• Is an account required to be created for you to use the device?
• If an account is required, can it be deleted by you or upon request?
• Is the device locked to an account? Can it be reassigned?
• Do they support extra authentication methods on accounts (2FA)

• What features does it have?
• Do you understand and are comfortable with those features?
